Appointment confirmation

Inspection requests are confirmed by phone or email within one business day. An online request is not a confirmed appointment until our team contacts you.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule or cancel without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and no-shows, are subject to a $75 fee.

Payment

Payment is due at the inspection.

Report delivery

Your inspection report is delivered within 24 hours after payment.
